1. Allowed Files

Form owners may enable file upload questions with selected file types, size limits, and maximum file counts based on workspace plan settings.

2. Prohibited Files

• Malware, scripts, or harmful executable content.
• Illegal, exploitative, or abusive material.
• Copyrighted files shared without authorization.
• Files used for phishing, fraud, or impersonation.

3. Responsibility

The form owner is responsible for requesting files only when necessary and for handling uploaded files safely and lawfully.
